By Car

As you enter St Andrews from the A91

As you enter the town on the A91 follow the road straight through both roundabouts onto North Street. Deveron House is located on the right hand side halfway between the police station and the Abbey at the end of North Street.

From Edinburgh to the A91
Follow signs for the Forth Road Bridge. Cross the bridge northbound onto the M90. From the M90 take the A92, following the signs for Glenrothes and Kirkaldy. To avoid confusion ignore the signs for St Andrews on the A914 and continue on the A92 to the A91. Turn right onto the A91, through Cupar and Dairsie and Guardbridge into
St Andrews.

From Glasgow to the A91:-
Follow the signs for Stirling and Kincardine Bridge (M8 to the M80) out of Glasgow. Take the M876 and follow the signs for the Kincardine Bridge. On crossing the bridge take the sharp slip road to the left through Kincardine. On reaching the lights at the T junction turn left and follow the road through Kincardine passing the Police College on your right hand side. After around 4 miles you will come to a roundabout ? follow the A977 to Kinross. At Kinross turn left onto the M90, after 5 miles exit at junction 8 (signed St Andrews). Follow the A91 into St Andrews

From Aberdeen & Perth via Dundee to the A91:-
From Aberdeen follow the A90 South to Dundee. From Perth follow the A90 North to Dundee. Reaching Dundee follow the signs for the Tay Bridge (A92). Cross the Tay Bridge on the A92 south (80p toll). At the first roundabout take the second exit staying on the A92. At the next roundabout take the first exit following the A919 through Leuchars and Guardbridge. Turn left and join the A91 into St Andrews

By Train: Scotrail, Virgin Trains or GNER

Take a train to Leuchars. St Andrews is 10 minutes by taxi or bus from there.

From Edinburgh: Approx 70 minutes.

From Aberdeen: Approx 85 minutes.

From Dundee: 10 minutes.

By Taxi

Around £60 from Edinburgh or £14 from Leuchars station.

By Bus: Stagecoach

From Edinburgh Central depot (X24 service). From Glasgow Buchanan Street (X26 Service)
