Throughout the house you will find that there is a real touch of elegance, comfort and convenience which is designed to ensure that you get the most out of your stay in St Andrews.

Entering the property from the cobbled street between Market and North street you enter a tiled hall leading to the kitchen, downstairs toilet and dining room. The well equipped breakfasting kitchen comes complete with washing machine, fridge-freezer and range cooker ensuring that all your needs are met. Across the hall there is a heated storage locker which is ideal for keeping golf clubs and shoes. The unique vaulted cellar (which was built in the 1500’s) is used as the dining room giving you a unique dining experience whether it has been prepared by yourself or by our local chef. Leading from the dining room is a glass door connecting to the landscaped courtyard, a pleasant surprise and wonderful place to enjoy your breakfast.

Upstairs you will find the large lounge, which features a flat screen television, surround sound and wireless internet connection. The master bedroom has a European king sized sleigh bed with large walk in wardrobes providing ample storage space.

On the top floor there is a spacious bedroom with a king sized bed, the other with two 4’x 6’6” orthopedic beds, both rooms have built in wardrobes. The third bedroom on the top floor has a 3’ x 6’, Jatex memory release mattress ensuiring a good nights sleep. On each floor you will find a toilet with the first and second floors also having a walk in shower cubicle.
